okay we got an episode of hustle harder with our president Tom Neal Tom who is the big winner of hustle harder this this go around well we uh we chose Isaac Martinez he works in our Boise yard Isaac started with us December 23rd 2021. so he’s been here for about a year and a half and uh yeah just pause the attitude um I know uh our operations manager Keith Dotson um loves him to death because Isaac’s his right hand man and uh he just does an excellent job from running forklifts to lining out to the other employees he’s just he’s great at what he does but he didn’t start over there at production did he where did he start you know he can start just doing you know um different types of production but kind of moved into that retail area um kind of at first and he just he worked in retail actually a lot learned the product um got really proficient at it and then that kind of LED in being able to load the different tracks and and to do that stuff so that retail area is actually a pretty good

place to start yeah that’s when I got to really know him he had asked a lot of questions he learned the material really well and he’s really taken a Hands-On approach to helping train some of the new retail guys that come through and uh because that is a great spot just to learn all the product and from what I can tell like you can load a truck for Keith well Keith can do some other things and it’s been an awesome addition and he’s really just helps all the other guys learn everything yeah I mean it’s work ethic is amazing but the thing I really like about them even if there’s a problem or anything like I don’t think I’ve ever seen them without a smile on his face and he’s just he’s just a joy to be around and yeah and he tackles everything head-on if he needs to address it with you he’ll just come up and he’ll find a solution and he fixes it and then he implements it to the rest of the guys so we will get some footage of him we’ll get him his award and uh
