all right we’re here for another hustle harder award it’s our first one of 2021. it is over here in our haybarn yard how you doing amy good nick how you doing doing good amy nominated this winner and we all kind of chatted about him and thought he was just killing it give us a little spill about him as we walked out well mason started here june 3rd in 2019 so i thought he had been here longer because it just feels like yeah feels like he’s been here forever um so he’s coming up on two years as all and where did he start like what did you hire him for so we we hired him to start just learning some buying non-ferrous um he helped process cars just do really whatever we needed him to do he ran the torch he really just kind of hit it off though with the non-ferrous he just picked it up fast and he loved the customers the customers so he works in the recycle center yes we could actually do a quick walk-through in there yeah so this is where he started yep so he

started out here just sorting material learning it buying it um and it just he just took off with it he he adapted really well he’s always really happy so the customers love him and um and mason was willing to come up to boise for was it two or three days yes so he came up and trained with us in our non-ferrous center up there which like that right there like you know means a lot to me like a guy taking that time and the willingness to want to learn yes like when someone’s willing to do that i i have a really good feeling that they plan on sticking around for a long time yeah yeah it’s that dedication and just wanting to so this is where he started yep so he started here um he processed all the bands bought much bought all the non-prayers from the customers from there we slowly kind of moved him out to the yard and he just kind of grew from there so he went to the loader which was he already had some experience in which was really simple then he went to learning the

excavators and unloading customers sorting material so i believe he i don’t think we have the 210 here right now but the excavator the 210 was the first one that he learned it gotcha so he’s been learning a lot of the heavy equipment that’s great and he’s been willing to help your other yard yeah yeah so we’ve been short-handed over in twin falls sometimes and i mean without a doubt gets in the car puts a smile on his face drives up there and helps do whatever needs done with direct shipments and he’s just really really happy to do whatever he can to do to help where’s mason today today mason is running the stationary sierra shear awesome so that’s just another thing that he was able to learn and pick up on so you’re doing that well let’s go let’s go talk to them go give them that so you
