welcome everybody nick here from united metals with another talking scrap today i want to dive into the world of brass we’re going to start with ammo brass commonly referred to as 70 30 which is 70 copper 30 zinc as you see this one has been sorted it is tagged and ready to go i did put a few examples in here of things that we look for before we ship it out before we buy it number one we do not want live rounds in it we can’t buy them there’s nothing we can do we can’t recycle them we ask that everyone keeps them out of it it’ll help bring a better return for you another thing that helps us on the production level is to sort out your nickel plated brass it’s a similar value it just helps around the production level it can also bring you a better return if you keep it separated bring it into us that way well there’s a lot more brass to go through and we will here in the next month or so as you see on this wall there’s all sorts of different types and we’ll get
